75. He who Allah has chosen, receives jurisprudence of the religion (of Al-Islam). (Al-Bukhari)
76- مَنْ سَلَكَ طِرْيقاً يَلْتَمِسُ فِيْه عِلْماً سَهَّلَ الله لَهُ بِهِ طَرِيْقاً إلى الَجَّنةِ. مسلم76. Whosoever proceeds into a path to seek knowledge, Allah will facilitate his path to Paradise. (Muslim)
77- مَنْ سُئِلَ عَنْ عِلْمِ فَكَتَمَهُ أُلْجِم يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ بِلجِاْمٍ مِنْ نَاْرٍ. الترمذي77. Whosoever is asked about knowledge and then hides it, will be reined with a rope of fire on the Day of Resurrection. (At-Tirmithi)
78- فَقِيهٌ وَاحِدٌ أَشَدُّ عَلى الشَّيْطَانِ مِنْ أَلْفِ عَاْبِدٍ. الترمذي78. One scholar is harder to (be seduced by) the satan than one thousand worshippers. (At-Tirmithi)
79- مَثَلُ العِلْمِ لَا يُنْتَفَعُ بِهِ كَمَثَلِ كَنْزٍ لَا يُنْفَقُ مِنْهُ في سَبِيلِ الله. الدارمي79. The knowledge unused is as a treasure unspent for the sake of Allah. (Al-Daarimi)
80- إِنَّما شِفاءُ العِيِّ السُّوَالُ. أبو داود80. The cure of contemplating is seeking advice. (Abu Dawud)
81- مَنْ طَلَبَ العِلْمَ لِيُجَاريِ بِهِ العُلَمَاْءَ أَوْ يُمِاريَ بهِ السُّفَهاءَ أَوْ يَصْرِفَ بِهِ وُجُوهَ النَّاسِ إِلَيْهِ أَدْخَلَهُ الله النَّارَ. الترمذي81. He who seeks knowledge to rival scholars, dispute with the foolish, or let people look highly to him, Allah will put him into the Fire. (At-Tirmithi)
82- فَضْلُ العَالِمِ عَلَى العَابِدِ كَفَضِلْي عَلَى أَدْنَاكُمْ. الترمذي82. The favor of the scholar over the worshipper is like my favor over the lowest one amongst you. (At-Tirmithi)
83- حَدِثّوُا النَّاسَ بِمَا يَعْرِفُونَ أَتُحِبُّونَ أَنْ يُكَذَّبَ الله وَرَسُولُهُ. البخاري83. Speak with people according to their level of understanding. Do you like Allah and His Messenger to be blasphemed? (Al-Bukhari)
84- إِنَّ مِنْ أَشْرَاطِ السَّاعَةِ أَنْ يُرْفَعَ العِلمُ ويَثْبُتَ الجَهْلُ. البخاري84. Verily, one of the signs of the doomsday is vanishing knowledge and strong ignorance. (Al-Bukhari)
85- العِلْمُ عِلْمَانِ عِلْمٌ في القَلْبِ فَذَاْكَ الَعِلْمُ النَّافِعُ وَعِلْمٌ عَلَى اللّسَانِ فَذَلِكَ حُجَّةٌ عَلَى ابِنْ آَدَمَ. الحكيم85. There are two types of knowledge: knowledge inside the heart and this is the useful knowledge, and knowledge of tongue and this is a pretext against Ibn Adam (the human being). (Al-Hakim)
86- قَلِيْلُ الفِقُهِ خَيْرٌ مِنُ كَثِيِر العَمَلِ. البخاري86. Little knowledge (of Religion) is better than much work. (Al-Bukhari)
87- مَا عُبِدَ الله بِشَيءْ أَفْضَلَ مِنْ فِقْهٍ في دِيْنٍ. الدار قطني87. Allah has never been worshipped through a thing better than learning Religion. (Al-Darqutni)
88- لَيْسَ مِنَّا مِنْ لَمْ يُجِلَّ كِبيَرَنَا وَيَرْحَمْ صَغِيَرنَا وَيْعِرفُ لعاِلِمِنَا حَقَّهُ. الحاكم88. He who does not honor the old, have mercy upon the young, and acknowledge the right of the scholar is not of us. (Al-Haakim)
89- مِنْ تَفَقَّهَ في دِيْنِ اللِه كَفَاْهُ الُله هَمَّهُ وَرَزَقَهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَاْ يَحْتَسِبُ. الخطيب وابن النجار89. He who learns the Religion, Allah will relieve his worry and sustain him from sources he never imagines. (Al-Khatib and Ibn An-Najaar)
90- أُغْدُ عَالِماً أو مُتَعَلّمِاً أو مُسْتَمِعاً أو مُحِبّاً وَلَاْ تَكِنُ الخَاَمْسَةَ فَتَهْلِكَ قَاْلَ مِسْعَرٌ والَخْامِسَةَ أَنْ يُبْغِضَ العِلْمَ وَأَهْلِهِ. ابن ماجه90. Be a scholar, a seeker of knowledge, a listener (to knowledge), or a lover (of knowledge), but do not be the fifth one. Mis’ar said, “The fifth one is to detest knowledge and its people.” (Ibn Maajah)
91-إِذَاْ مَاتَ ابنُ آدَمَ اْنقَطَعَ عَمَلَهُ إلا مِنْ ثَلاثٍ صَدَقَةٍ جَارَِيِةٍ أو علْمٍ يُنْتَفَعُ بِهِ أَوْ وَلَدٍ صَاْلِحٍ يَدْعُو لَهُ. مسلم91. When a man dies, his deeds are cut off but through three (deeds), continuous charity, a useful knowledge, or a righteous son who prays for him. (Muslim)
92-إِنَّ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ جَهْلاً وَإِنَّ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ عِيِالاً. البخاري92. Verily, there is ignorance in some knowledge, and there are evil results in some sayings. (Al-Bukhari)
93- اللَّهُمَ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ لَاْ يَنْفَعُ وَمِنْ قَلْبٍ لَاْ يَخْشَعُ وَمِنْ نَفْسٍ لَاْ تَشْبَعُ وَمِنْ دَعْوَةٍ لَاْ يُسْتَجَابُ لَهَا. مسلم 93. Oh Allah! I seek refuge with you from knowledge not useful, from a heart not humble, from a soul not satisfied, and from a Du’a’ not granted. (Muslim) 94- مَنْ خَرَجَ فِي طَلَبِ الْعِلْمِ فَهُوَ فِي سَبِيْلِ اللهِ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ. الترمذي94. He who goes out seeking knowledge is in the path of Allah until he returns. (At-Tirmithi)
95- مَنْ غَدَا إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ لَاْ يُرِيْدُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَتَعَلَّمَ خَيْراً أَوْ يُعَلِمَهُ كَاْنَ لَهُ أَجْرُ حَاجٍّ تَامٍّ حَجَّتَهُ. مسلم و غيره
95. He who goes early to mosque wanting only to learn good knowledge or to teach it will be rewarded exactly as the pilgrim is rewarded. (Muslim and others)
96- نَضَّرَ اللهُ وَجْهَ امِرْئٍ سَمِعَ مِنَّا شَيْئاً فَبَلَّغَهُ كَمَا سَمِعَهُ فَرُّبَ مُبَلِّغٍ أَوْعَى مِنْ سِاْمِعٍ. الترمذي
96. May Allah make the face of the one who transfers my hadith bright and glowing. It might be that the listener is better than the conveyer. (At-Tirmithi)
97- بَلِّغُوْا عَنِّي وَلَوْ آيةً وَحَدِّثُوْا عَنْ بَنِي إِسْرائِيْلَ وَلَاْ حَرَجَ وَمَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّداً فَلْيَتَبوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ. البخاري
97. Convey on my behalf even one verse and speak about the Israelites without feeling guilty; and he who lies saying something I did not say, should wait for his seat in the Fire. (Al-Bukhari)
