الفصل السادس و الثلاثون: الظُّلْمُ

Chapter 36: The Oppression

563- اتَّقُوا الظُّلْمَ فَإِنَّ الظُّلْمَ ظُلُماتٌ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ. البخاري

563. Be wary of oppression, for oppression shall (become) layers of darkness on the Day of Resurrection. (Al-Bukhari)

564- مَنْ مَشَى مَعَ ظَالِمٍ لِيُعِينَهُ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ ظَالِمٌ فَقَدْ خَرَجَ مِنَ الإِسْلَامِ. أحمد

564. Whoever walks with a tyrant to help him, knowing that he is a tyrant, has left Islam. (Ahmad)

565- إِنَّ شَرَّ النَّاسِ مَنْزِلَةً عِنْدَ اللهِ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ مَنْ يَخَافُ النَّاسُ شَرَّهُ. الطبراني

565. The worst of mankind in the sight of Allah, on the Day of Resurrection, is the one from whom people fear his evil. (At-Tabaraani)

566- إياكُم وَ دَعْوَةُ المَظْلُومِ فَإِنَّه لَيْسَ لهَا دون اللهِ حِجَابٌ. احمد

566. Be wary of the supplication of the oppressed one, for there is no barrier between him and Allah. (Ahmad)

567- يَقُولُ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَعِزَّتي وَجَلالِي لَأَنَتَقِمَنَّ مِنَ الظَّالِمِ في عَاجِلِهِ وَآَجِلِهِ وَلَأَنَتْقِمَنَّ مِمَّنْ رَأَى مَظْلُومَاً فَقَدِرَ أَنْ يَنْصُرَهُ فَلَمْ يَنْصُرَهُ. أحمد

576. Allah says (in Hadith Qudsi): I swear by My might and My majesty that I will take revenge on the unjust one sooner or later; and I will take revenge on him who sees the unjustly treated one and does not defend him while he is able to. (Ahmad)

568- مَنْ ظَلَمِ مِنَ الأَرْضِ شِبْراً فَإِنَّهُ يُطُوِّقَهُ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرضَيِنَ. البخاري

568. He who possesses a span of a land unlawfully will be wrapped by this span seven-fold by earth. (Al-Bukhari)

956- إِذَا رَأَيْتَ أُمَّتِي لَا تَقُولُ لِلظَّالِمِ مِنْهُم أَنْتَ ظَالِمٌ فَقَدْ تُودِّعَ مِنْهُمْ. الترمذي

569. When my Ummah does not say to the unjust one, ‘You are unjust,’ there is no hope remaining in this Ummah. (At-Tirmithi)

570- مَنْ جَرَدَ ظَهْرَ مُسْلِمٍ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ لَقِيَ اللهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ. الطبراني

570. He who aggrieves a Muslim with no right, will face the full wrath of Allah. (At-Tabaraani)

571- لَا تُظْهِرِ الشَّماتَةَ لِأَخِيكَ َفَيْرحَمَهُ اللهُ وَيَبْتِلَيكَ. الترمذي

571. Do not rejoice over your brother’s grief, or else Allah may relieve him and afflict you. (At-Tirmithi)

572- دَعْوَةُ المَظْلُومِ مُسْتَجَابَةٌ وَإِنْ كَانَ فَاجِراً فَفُجُورُهُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ. أحمد

572. The supplication of the oppressed is accepted, even if he is rebellious, for his sin is upon himself. (Ahmad)
