615. I am leaving with you the two greatest things, Allah’s Book and my close family; they will not separate until they come to me at the fountain; so see how you behave towards them after me. (At-Tirmithi and Muslim)
616- كُلُّ سَبَبٍ وَنَسَبٍ مُنْقَطِعٌ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ إِلاَّ سبَبَي وَنَسَبَي. الطبراني616. Every helper and lineage will be disconnected on the Day of Resurrection except my help and lineage. (At-Tabarani)
617- أَحِبُّوا اللهَ لمِاَ يَغْدُوكُمْ بِهِ مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ وَأَحِبُّوني بِحُبِّ اللهِ وأَحِبُّوا أَهْلَ بَيْتِي لِحُبِّي. احمد617. Love Allah for the graces He bestows on you, love me because Allah loves me, and love my immediate family because I love them. (Ahmad)
618- وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لا يُبْغِضُنَا أَهْلَ البَيْتِ أَحدٌ إِلاَّ أَدْخَلَهُ اللهُ النَّارَ. ابن عساكر618. By the One in Whose Hand Is My Soul, nobody makes my household angry except that Allah will cause him to enter the Fire. (Ibn Asaakir)
619- قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ لِعَلِّيٍ وَفَاطِمَةَ والحَسنَ والحُسَيْنَ: أَنْا حَرُبٌ لِمَنْ حَارَبْتُمْ وَسِلْمٌ لِمَنْ سَالَمْتُمْ. الترمذي و ابن عساكر619. The Messenger of Allah said to Ali, Fatima, Hasan, and Hussein: I am the enemy of the one who makes war with you and I will show peace to the one who shows peace to you. (At-Tirmithi and Ibn Asaakir)
620- فَاطِمَةُ بِضْعَةٌ مِنِّي فَمَنْ أَغْضَبَها فَقَدْ أَغْضَبَني. البخاري620. Fatimah is part of me, so he who annoys her, has annoyed me. (Al-Bukhari)
621- مَنْ كُنْتُ مَوْلاَهُ فَعَلِيٌّ مَوْلاَهُ اللَّهُمَّ وَالِ مَنْ وَالاَهُ وَعَادِ مَنْ عَادَاهُ. الطبراني621. He who, I am his caretaker, Ali is his caretaker. Oh Allah, be the Protector of he who loves Ali, and be the enemy of the one who is his enemy. (At-Tabaraani)
622- أَفْضَلُ نِسَاءِ أَهْلِ الجَنَّةِ خَدِيجَةُ وفَاطِمَةُ و مريم بنت عمران و اسية بنت مزاحم امرأة فرعون. احمد و الطبراني622. The most excellent of the women of the people of Jannah are Khadijah, Fatimah, Mariam Bint Imran, and Asiah Bint Muzahim the woman of Pharaoh. (Ahmad and At-Tabaraani)
623-إنَّ الحَسَنَ والحُسَيْنَ رَيْحانَتَايَ مِنَ الدنيا. الترمذي و النسائي623. Verily, Al-Hasan and Al-Hussein (the Prophet’s grandsons) are my sweet basils of this world. (At-Tirmidhi and Nasa’i)
624- أَحَبُّ أَهْلِ بَيْتِي إليَّ الحَسَنُ والحُسَيْنُ. الترمذي624. The most beloved to me of my household are Hasan and Hussein. (At-Tirmithi)
625- دَعَا رَسُولَ اللهِ عَلِّياً وَفَاطِمَةَ وَحَسَنَاً وَحُسَيْناً وَقَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ هَؤُلاَءِ أَهْلِي. البخاري في الأدب625. The Messenger of Allah summoned Ali, Fatima, Hasan and Hussein and said, “Oh Allah, these are my family.” (Al-Bukhari in ‘Al-Adab’)
626- يَا فَاطِمَةُ أَمَا تَرْضَيْنَ أَنْ تَكُونِي سَيِّدَةَ نِسَاءِ المُؤْمِنِينَ أَوْ سَيِّدَةَ نِسَاءِ هذِهِ الأُمَّةِ. البيهقي626. Oh Fatimah, don’t you wish to be the sayyidah of all the women believers, or the sayyidah of all believing women of this Ummah? (Al-Baihaqi)
627- فَاطِمَةُ سَيِّدَةُ نِسَاءِ أَهْلِ الجَنَّةِ إِلَّا مَا كَانَ مِنْ مَرْيَمَ بْنْتَ عِمْرَانَ. ابن عساكر627. Fatimah is the first lady of Jannah except for Mariam bint Imran. (Ibn Asaakir)
628- قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَيُّ النَّاسِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيْكَ؟ قَالَ: عَائِشَةُ، قُلْتُ: مِنَ الرِّجَالِ؟ قَالَ: أَبُوهَا، قُلْتُ: ثُمَّ مَنْ؟ قَالَ: ثُمَّ عُمَرُ قَالَ ثُمَ عَدَّ رِجَالاً. البخاري ومسلم628. Amru Bin Al-‘Aas said, “I asked the Prophet, ‘Who is the most beloved to you?’ He said, ’Aishah.’ I said, ‘And of the men?’ He said , ‘Her father.’ I said, ‘And then?’ He said, ‘Then Umar.’ And he counted many others.” (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)
629- إِنَّ فَضْلَ عَائِشَةَ عَلَى النِّساءِ كَفَضْلِ الثَّرِيدِ عَلَى سَائِرِ الطَّعَامِ. أحمد629. Indeed the excellence of Aishah over women is like the excellence of the meat over the rest of food. (Ahmad)
630- عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ قَالَ إِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ يَقْرأُ عَلَيْكَ السَّلَامَ قَالَتْ وَعَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ. البخاري630. The Messenger of Allah said to Aishah, “The angel Gabriel says to you: alaiki ssalam - Peace be upon you.” She said, “alaihi ssalama warahmatulillah - Peace and Mercy of Allah be upon him.” (Al-Bukhari)
631- أَتَى جِبْرِيلُ النَّبِيَّ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ هَذِهِ خَدِيَجةُ قَدْ أَتَتْكَ بِإِنَاءِ وَفِيهِ اِدَامٌ أَوْ طَعَامٌ أَوْ شَرَابٌ فَإِذَّا هِيَ أَتَتْكَ فَاقْرَأ عَلَيْهَا السَّلَامَ مِنْ رَبِّها وَمِنِّي وَبَشِّرها بِبَيْتٍ فِي الجَنَّةِ مِنْ قَصَبٍ لَا سَخَبَ فِيهِ وَلاَ نَصَبَ. مسلم631. Gabriel came to me and said: this is Khadijah bringing you a container of food or drink; when she comes say Salaam to her from Allah and me, and give her the good news of a house in Jannah made from golden bamboo, in it there will be no worry or fatigue. (Muslim)
632- إِنَّ إِبْراهِيمَ ابْنيَ إِنَّهُ مَاتَ فِي الثَّدْيِ وَإِنَّ لَهُ ضِئْرَيْنَ يُكْمِلَانِ رَضَاعَتَهُ فِي الجَنَّةِ. مسلم و احمد632. My son, Ibrahim, died in the age of suckling, and there are two nurses who are completing his suckling in Jannah. (Muslim and Ahmad)
633- كَمُلَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ كَثِيرٌ وَلَمْ يَكْمُلْ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا أَرْبَعٌ: مَرْيَمْ بِنْتُ عِمْرَانَ، وَآَسِيَةُ امْرَأَةُ فِرْعَوْنَ، وَخَدِيَجَةُ بِنْتُ خُوَيْلِدٍ، وَفَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَفَضْلُ عَائِشَةَ عَلَى النِّساءِ كَفَضْلِ الثَّرِيدِ عَلَى سَائِرِ الطَّعامِ. البخاري ومسلم633. Many men have become perfect, but only four have become perfect from amongst the women: Maryam, the daughter of Imran; Asiah, wife of Pharaoh; Khadijah, daughter of Khuwaylid; Fatima, daughter of Muhammad; and the excellence of Aishah over women is like the excellence of meat over all food. (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)
634- هَذَا العّبّاسُ بنُ عَبْدِ المُطَّلِبِ أَجْوَدُ قُرَيْشٍ كَفَّاً وَأَوْصلَهُا. أحمد634. This is Al-Abbas Bin Abd Al-Muttalib (the Prophet’s uncle), the most generous and hospitable in Quraish (the Prophet’s clan). (Ahmad)
635- أَيُّها النَّاسُ مَنْ آَذى عَمِّي فَقَدْ آَذَانِي فَإِنَّما عَمُّ الرَّجُل صِنْوُ أَبِيِهِ. الترمذي635. Oh mankind, whosoever annoys my uncle has annoyed me; for indeed the uncle of a man equals his father. (At-Tirmithi)
636- اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْعَبَّاسِ وَوَلَدِهِ مَغْفِرَةً ظَاهِرَةً وَبَاطِنَةً لَا تُغَادِرُ ذَنْباً اللَّهُمَّ احْفَظْهُ فِي وَلَدِهِ. الترمذي636. Oh Allah, forgive (my uncle) Al-Abbas and his children outwardly and inwardly and do not leave any of his sins unforgiven; Oh Allah, preserve him in his offspring. (At-Tirmithi)
637- سَيِّدُ الشُّهَدَاءِ حَمْزَةُ وَرَجُلٌ قَامَ إِلَى إِمَامٍ جَائِرٍ فَأَمَرَهُ وَنَهَاهُ فَقَتَلَهُ. الحاكم637. The master of the martyrs is Hamza, so is a man who stands up to a tyrannical ruler and enjoins upon him goodness, forbids him evil and because of this he was killed. (Al-Haakim)
638- سَأَلَ النَّبِيُّ عَائِشَةَ كَيْفَ رَأَيْتِ يَا شُقَيْراءُ قَالَتْ فِي غَيْرَةٍ رَأَيْتُ يَهُودِيَّةً فَقَالَ لَهَا الرَّسُولُ لَا تَقُولِي ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّها أَسْلَمَتْ وَحَسُنَ إِسْلامُها. ابن سعد638. The Prophet asked ‘Aishah (when he married Safiyyah), “How did you find her, Oh blonde?” She said with jealousy, “I saw a Jew.” He said, “Do not say this. She has embraced Islam and applies it.” (Ibn Sa’d)
639- قَالَ جِبْرِيِلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ حِينَ طَلَّق حَفْصَةَ أَرْجِعْها فَإِنَّها صَوَّامَةٌ قَوَّامةٌ وَإِنَّها زَوْجَتُكَ فِي الجَنَّةِ فَرَاجَعَها النَّبِيِّ . أبو داود639. The angel Gabriel said to the Prophet when he divorced Hafsah, “Bring her back to you because she fasts a lot, prays at night a lot and she is your wife in Jannah.” Therefore, the Prophet brought her back. (Abu Daud)
